#GoalsMet Early this morning (Thursday, December 19, 2019), this month became the second best month ever on the blog – the month with the second most unique views in one calendar month) by you – my readers! Now that we have met this goal, I’ll hold off on reporting any more stats until January 1st…

The main thing I wanted to share about this little cow pitcher is that it belonged to my grandmother and when I was a little girl I used it every single day when I was at her house visiting. She filled it with milk for us to pour on our cereal and during every meal…
If things keep going at the current rate, we’ll reach FOUR MILLION unique all-time views in just about six days (sometime around midnight on Sunday, September 22, 2019!) This follows reaching: 3,500,000 all-time views on June 30, 2019 3,000,000 all-time views on March 31, 2019 2,000,000 all-time views on March 14, 2019 1,500,000 all-time views…
In newly-manufactured items that are “intended for use by children” today, 90 ppm Lead (or higher) is considered illegal in the paint, glaze or coating; 100 ppm Lead (or higher) is considered illegal in the base substrate. In addition to testing positive for a very high level of Lead, the commemorative Coca-Cola glass pictured here also…
… and it looks like we’ll definitely make it to 4,500,000 unique all-time views by New Year’s Eve 2019! At the rate November 2019 is going, I actually expect to close out the month of November with just about 4,400,000, which may actually bring us closer to 4,600,000 unique all-time views by New Year’s Eve!…
What about callaway? I probably bought them in the 80’s
What did you use to record this? A potato?
Hi Pat.
Thank you for commenting! Yes. Why how did you know?
I used a state of the art potato to record this!
Actually, no. I am a low income mother of disabled children and I have dedicated my life to helping others through my childhood Lead poisoning prevention advocacy work.
…As such I have an old laptop that my husband was given as a “gift” many years ago because it was dead. My husband and I used to work as consultants with Apple Computers (before I decided to do Lead poisoning prevention advocacy full time) and he was able to resurrect this P.O.S. laptop to some degree. The letters on they keys have worn off from my typing. The sound input does not work (we got it that way and were not able to fix it) so a friend of mine bought me the headphones I am wearing in the video (as a gift, in support of my advocacy) so that you can hear me when I make videos.
I have over $350,000 in debt because of attacks on my advocacy work over the past four years (since I did an event with Bernie Sanders in Flint, Michigan and since I was the named whistleblower in the Lead-In-Water case with the Portland Public Schools – which resulted in the Superintendent “retiring” and the Director of Facilities being fired.)
A huge chunk of that debt is due to lost income (money borrowed to cover costs) from my illegal arrest for crimes I did not commit (and for charges that were dropped in full) and another chunk is legal debt for members of my 10-lawyer legal team. If you are not aware of my lawsuit you can read it here – we are now suing the State of Oregon in Federal Court for multiple counts of civil rights violations against me (at the hands of incompetent public agency representatives over the past four years): https://test.tamararubin.com/2019/08/on-august-28th-my-legal-team-filed-a-lawsuit-were-suing-the-state-of-oregon-in-federal-court/
If you are feeling generous and would like to buy me a brand new state-of-the-art Apple computer as a gift (or a bag of potatoes to help feed my family for that matter – my kids like potatoes – but if I had a new computer that could make better videos I might be able to afford to buy my own potatoes!), I would greatly appreciate it.

If you don’t have enough on hand to buy me a new computer, here’s the link to chip in in support of my advocacy work: https://test.tamararubin.com/2017/01/chip-in/
My husband actually put $80 down on a new computer for me the other day and I think we have to come up with $750 to buy it (used from a pawn shop)… so that’s an option too, but a brand new computer would serve me much better given how much of my time I spend online!
Again, Thank you for commenting. I will also send this to you to your email address to make sure you get it!
